The time spent together helps us better understand your needs and allows us to submit an accurate estimate of time and cost.
Depending on our schedule and the season it generally takes less than 1 week for an estimate. We will e-mail, Fax, or send via mail.
- Do I need an architect?

We have a licensed architect and engineer on staff who is equipped to provide this service. If you already have an architect selected we will work closely with that person to ensure that your desired results are met.
Frequently customers purchase their own tile, fixtures, counter tops, faucets, etc. We can assist you by providing exact measurements, specifications and a timetable for installation.
- Can I live in my home during construction?

Sometimes a homeowner may continue to live in the house during construction. If the work being done is simply the addition of a new room or siding this would not pose much of an issue. For larger projects such as lower level remodeling or an add a level it is best to vacate the premis while work is in progress. The purpose of vacating ensures the safety of you and your possessions.
A certificate of insurance will be issued to you upon request at the start of the project if you wish.
