How do I get started? Is there a consultation charge?
We invite you to contact us to schedule an appointment to discuss your construction needs. We look forward to hearing your ideas and discussing the possibilities. There is no charge for the initial consultation; the time spent together helps us to better understand your requirements and allows us to submit the most accurate estimate of time and cost.
How long does it take to get an estimate? Can I get it in writing?
Depending upon our schedule and the season, it generally takes less than one week for the submission of an estimate. We will e-mail it to you, fax it or send it via mail.
Do you offer kitchen and bath design services?
Yes. Our expert design team is available to assist you in creating the look you've always imagined. From start to finish, it is our pleasure to guide you through every aspect of the process.
Do I need an architect?
As a full service company, Delmo Construction has a licensed architect and engineer on staff and is equipped to provide these services. Should you already have an architect selected, we will work closely with that person to ensure the desired results.
Can I live in my home during construction?
Often a homeowner may continue to live in the house during construction, particularly if the work being done is simply the addition of a new room or siding, for instance. For larger projects, such as a lower level remodeling, it is sometimes best to vacate the home while work is in progress. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of your possessions.
I want to be involved - can I shop for some of my own materials?
Yes. Frequently, customers purchase their own tile, fixtures, counter tops, faucets, etc. We can assist you by providing exact measurements and specifications and a timetable for installation.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance will be issued to you, upon request, at the start of your project.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We are happy to work with you to provide a cost effective solution for all phases of construction.
